SYOGRA World Wide WarrantySYOGRA offers a 5 Years Limited Worldwide Warranty for the electronic parts of the new Jade Massage bed (model JMB-004).

What is the purpose of this warranty ?

This warranty is an additional extension to the warranty given from our licensed national SYOGRA partners or licensed SYOGRA dealer for the products & parts described below.

Who is covered ?

It will be given to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift which are using the product for non-commercial use, and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.

What is covered ?

Beside the warranty period which is stated in the Owner's guide provided with your SYOGRA product - e.g. for a period of 1 year - from the date of retail purchase by the original end-use purchaser, SYOGRA warrants that this product, when delivered to you in new condition, in original packaging, from a SYOGRA licensed national partner or licensed SYOGRA dealer and used in normal conditions, is free from any defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship.

The 5 Years Limited Worldwide Warranty is given for the mainboard (Printed Circuit Assembly/PCA) for the Jade massage bed model JMB-004 and the mainboard of the remote control for this model.

How can I apply for this additional warranty ?

Send a copy of the original invoice within 4 weeks after your purchase by mail or E-Mail to the address listed below. The invoice must mention the complete address of the purchaser, the serial number of the product issued by a licensed national SYOGRA partner or licensed SYOGRA dealer. Please also provide us an E-Mail address and telephone number where we can contact you in case we have any request. After we have received your application and granted you this warranty you will get a written confirmation from us with more details, the legal company who offers this warranty and an application form for warranty claims.

How I can make a warranty claim ?

In case of a warranty claim you should first contact the dealer who has issued the original invoice showing the confirmation which we sent to you. Normally either the local dealer or our licensed national partner will replace you the defect parts immediately under the conditions described here. In case the original place of purchase is not reachable for you - e.g. because you have changed your place/country of residence - you can also sent us the defect parts with a copy of our confirmation and a self-addressed envelope to the address given below. If your claim is accepted we will contact you with the invitation to send us the postage fee so that we can send you the replaced parts.

How can I recognize a licensed national SYOGRA partner or licensed SYOGRA dealer ?

You can find the address of the licensed national SYOGRA partners under the Top Level Domain of your country. E.g. in Germany under http://www.syogra.de , Argentina under http://www.syogra.com.ar etc.
